Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Last One Up Clubwebsite and order t-shirts from us. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ordering
You can order as a guest or with an account. When you place an order you're making an offer to buy; a contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item can't be produced or a pricing error occurs — and if you've already paid, we'll refund you.
Made to order
Every shirt is printed on demand — made to order, for you, at the production facility that makes it. Nothing is printed until you order it, and production starts soon after payment.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are browsing in, which you can change at the bottom of any page, and include VAT or GST where that market charges it inclusively; where tax is added separately it is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery is charged per order and shown at checkout before you pay, and is free once your basket clears the threshold quoted for your market on our shipping page. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment processor. Any discount codes are subject to their own conditions and can be withdrawn at any time.
Production and delivery
Production typically takes 2–5 working days, after which the order is dispatched. Total time from order to delivery varies by destination; the estimate for your market is shown on our shipping page and at checkout. All timescales are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude weekends, public holidays and any delay in customs. The countries we ship to are listed at checkout.
Changes and cancellations
Because each shirt is printed to order, production starts soon after you buy. You can cancel for a full refund any time before production starts — contact us as quickly as possible. Once your order has gone to print, the standard right to cancel goods made to your order no longer applies; but if anything is faulty, damaged or not as described, our replacement promise below (and your statutory rights) cover you in full.
Our replacement promise
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint or refund it. Wrong size? We'll sort a goodwill size swap. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
Our content
The designs, artwork and branding on this site belong to Last One Up Club or our licensors. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt — not the right to reproduce or resell the artwork itself.
Our liability
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place it. We'll revise the “last updated” date above when we make changes.
